It takes time to build an accurate identity, there have been various vicissitudes that have slowed down the journey, but we are recovering. We have players who allow us to use different solutions, for example Elia is one of them because he has good qualities and is now recovering in the best possible shape: we are glad that he is with us.

It takes some time for young players to adapt to senior football, but at the same time the team needs to work and improve every day. I am fortunate to have a dedicated team of all young players and I am confident that the progress of each of them will be evident day by day. There are many new players, others have remained and are clearing out the slag of relegation, but with time and work we can build something important. Time, work and trust are what this team needs to be at their best and we are working towards that.

How to motivate a team? I believe that professional football players should already be self-motivated, they should already have an inner fire, but in any case the coach should insist on this aspect. Therefore, we still worked on psychology, motivating the guys after a difficult period. I think matches like the one on Friday night are already being prepared, it’s a big match and we’re ready to go out there.
