“Everything that happened in the past of course leaves good memories, but tomorrow will be a different story. In the first leg of the semi-final we have confidence in ourselves, but we are aware that we are facing a team with excellent features, quality and real individual talent.
We have confidence in ourselves, but we have a lot of respect for this team. They haven’t had the best season in the Bundesliga, but they put in an impressive performance against Arsenal. They were very good in both games. We have to take this into account,” the Italian was quoted as saying by the Real Madrid website.
The first leg of the Champions League semi-final between Bayern and Real Madrid will take place on Tuesday April 30.
