The final of the friendly youth tournament in France will start at 19:15
The starting line-up has been announced Olympic team of Ukraine for the match with Ivory Coast U-20 in the final of a youth friendly tournament Tournoi Maurice Revello in France.
Kirill Fesyun will take his place in the blue-yellow goal. Forward Daniil Sikan will wear the captain’s armband. Vladislav Veleten, the scorer of the brace in the semi-final match with Japan (2:1), will also play from the first minutes.
Ukraine U-23: Fesyun, Martynyuk, Batagov, Salyuk, Krupsky, Rubchinsky, Shostak, Fedor, Khlan, Veleten, Sikan.
Spares: Ermakov, Sinchuk, Pavlyuk, Ocheretko, Yarmolyuk, Sigeev, Krasnopir, Kucheryavyi.
The Ivory Coast team won Group A of the tournament in Toulon, gaining 9 points in four matches. The final match of Tournoi Maurice Revello will start at 19:15.
Let us remind you that in the second half of the summer of 2024, Ukraine will take part in the Olympic football tournament for the first time in its history. Ruslan Rotan’s team won a ticket to Paris last year, reaching the semi-finals of the European Youth Championship.
The Ukrainian national team will play at the 2024 Olympics with Argentina, Morocco and Iraq. In the first round, Rotan’s team will meet the Asian team on July 24.
