The preparation for the season proved to be difficult, there was not much time and the selection department had to make quick decisions. In the first round, they didn’t even have time to declare 4-5 players already in the team.
Is it worth waiting for the Russians in Santa Coloma? We had a guy on trial, a Zenit student, who spent about two weeks with us, but in the end it was decided not to sign a contract. But we signed Belarus national team player Maxim Volodko. So far they have failed to declare it, but it will happen in the near future, Cheryshev said.
The 53-year-old Russian specialist took charge of the Andorran club in July. Previously, he was the head coach of Volga, Mordovia and Nizhny Novgorod.
