Sargent: I worked hard and hard

It is difficult for American drivers to break into Formula 1. At a young age, they have to move to Europe to compete in the youth series, attract attention and at least get a chance.

Born on December 31, 2000, Logan Sargent will turn 22 in 2023 and feels no pressure to be the first American F1 driver since Alexander Rossi at Manor Marussia in 2015.

Logan Sargent: “I did everything I could to become a good racer. As well as possible. I hope I can represent the US enough in Formula 1 so that American fans can be proud of me. But I don’t feel pressured by it.

I prefer to think that my switch to Formula 1 and the increase in the number of US stages is a happy coincidence. I moved to Europe at a very young age and worked hard to make my dream come true. My career in youth series has been successful, I am happy to turn this page and open the next one.
