Following Frederik Vasser’s move to Ferrari, Sauber announced the signing of Andreas Seidl to become the group’s new CEO, starting in January 2023, and looking for a new team leader.
Andreas Seidl: “I am delighted to be joining the Sauber Group in January. This is a team with a rich history in Formula 1 and a company that I know well, having lived and worked in Hinwil for four years.
I look forward to being part of the team and working towards ambitious goals together with colleagues from the Sauber Group. I would like to thank Finn Rausing and all employees of the Sauber Group for this choice, I will try to justify the trust placed in me.
