Three Sokol players moved to the Canadian Junior Hockey League

Dmitry Kubritsky and the Simchuk brothers moved across the ocean

Three hockey players Kyiv Falcon continue their career in Junior Hockey League of Canada.

Goaltender Dmitry Kubrytsky and forward Gavriil Simchuk have moved to the Dauphin Kings, who play in the MJHL. Gabriel’s brother, Mikhail Simchuk, moved to the Brooks Bandits from the AJHL.

Kubritzky is the Goalkeeper of the Year for the 2020/21 season. Since last year, the keeper has been called up to the national team of Ukraine, having played for it at the 2022 World Cup in division 1B.

Gavriil Simchuk this season scored four goals and gave two assists in six matches of the championship of Ukraine. The 16-year-old hockey player is a player in the youth national team.

As for Mikhail Simchuk, he has been playing in Ukraine for the Kyiv Sokol since 2020 and became the national champion with the capital club. Simchuk is also a player of the national team of Ukraine.

Sokol after 10 matches in the current season of the championship of Ukraine is in third place with 24 points in the asset.
