The full schedule of the remaining matches of the Hockey World Cup 2023
At the Ice Hockey World Championship, which takes place in Latvia and Finland, the quarter-finalists of the tournament have been determined. Eight teams will play in the 2023 World Cup play-off round: Switzerland, Germany, USA, Czech Republic, Canada, Finland, Sweden and Latvia.
Two quarterfinal matches will be hosted by Latvia, two by Finland. The semi-finals, the match for third place and the final will be held in Finland – the fights will be hosted by the Nokia Arena in Tampere.
The elite division will leave the two teams that took the last places in their groups. Next season in Division 1A will play the national teams of Hungary, which finished in eighth place in group A, and the team of Slovenia, which did not score a single point in group B. The teams that took places from fifth to seventh in their groups are Norway, Kazakhstan, Slovakia , Denmark, France and Austria – stopped their participation in the tournament.
