Former Avangard hockey player Damir Zhafiarov has offers from several clubs in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), the player’s agent Shumi Babaev told .
Zhafyarov left Avangard when his contract ended in May. The 30-year-old forward played 37 matches for the Omsk club and scored 19 points (4+15).
— Can you confirm that Zhafyarov will continue his career at Barys?
– There is nothing to confirm yet. If something happens, the club will announce it. We are negotiating with several KHL clubs, I can’t name which ones,” Babaev told .
