Ukrainians beat Trshinets in bronze medal match
National team of Ukraine U-17 finished third in hockey Cup of the President in the Czech Republic. In the match for bronze medals, the Ukrainians defeated Trshinets U-17 – 6:3.
Ukraine missed first – the Czechs successfully played the majority. The wards of Alexander Bobkin and Ruslan Borisenko managed to win back already in the second period. The Ukrainians scored four times and went to the last break with a two-goal lead.
In the third period, Trshinets managed to close the gap to a minimum, but soon missed the fifth goal. Put an end to Daniil Shulga, who took the puck in the minority and brought it into an empty net at the end of the match.
The winners of the tournament were hockey players from Czech Energia, who beat Riga 3:2 in the final.
