Track Cycling World Championship winner Yana Tyshchenko said she was married and already playing under her husband’s name, and also talked about the special design of her cycling uniform.
In the offseason, Tyshchenko married Danila Burlakov, a runner for the Russian national team’s sprint team, and now she’s performing under a new name.
At the All-Russian competitions in St. Petersburg, the athlete began in the form of an exclusive drawing on which his name is written. Previously, Tyshchenko performed at international competitions in socks with nesting dolls.
– Yana, can we say that the nesting dolls have gone to the veloform?
– Actually, I wanted to have something interesting, something that corresponded to me personally. I made a uniform with this design for the Fat Cat guys. Not always, of course, it turns out it starts. There are competitions where I have to be in the form of my region, but when I can, I do it. I think it’s an interesting design, I really like it.
