Athletistic/ Others. US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) chief Travis Tygart says cyclist Lance Armstrong should be forgiven.

In 2012, Armstrong was banned for life for doping and stripped of all titles won since 1998.

“A lot of riders at the time were victims of the system. It is true that they were able to come back quickly, although in a different capacity. We too must forgive Lance after his confession.

Cycling is now returning to a culture of clean sport. Compared to the past, the difference is very noticeable,” Tygart said.
