The International Ski Federation (FIS) told that it would take into account the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) statement on the possible admission of Russians to the competition.
On January 25, the IOC announced that it would consider the possibility of admitting to international departures Russian and Belarusian athletes in a neutral status, who have not actively supported the NWO. In most sports, against the background of the situation in Ukraine, Russian athletes were deprived of the opportunity to participate in international tournaments.
