Figure skater Denis Khodykin told Sport24 that after his relationship broke up with Daria Pavlyuchenko is looking for a new partner and aims to win and improve.
On Tuesday, Khodykin on social networks announced the breakup of the couple with Pavlyuchenko.
– Do you have an idea with whom you are now going to skate in pairs?
“There is no such understanding yet. I work, I’m in good shape. Together with the coaches, we are looking for a new partner.
What goals do you set for yourself in sport?
– Improve, win, fight for the top spot. Well, and always be creative, show the audience and judges interesting finds. My team is still the same and our task is to create figure skating. But it is clear that, given the new circumstances, everything will be a little different.
Khodykin, paired with Pavlyuchenko, is the bronze medalist of the European Championship, the world champion among juniors. Also, the couple has two bronze medals from the championships of Russia, silver from the final of the country’s Cup.
