Central defender Valery Bondar and midfielder Alexander Pikhalenok were absent from the training session of the Ukrainian national team. Players will not be able to help the team in the June matches.

Ukraine sits fourth in Group C after losing to England in the opening game of the 2024 UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers. North Macedonia in their first qualifying match defeated Malta (2:1).

The match between the Ukrainian national team and North Macedonia will be held on June 16 in Skopje at 21:45 Kyiv time.
