Athletistic/ Figure Skating. 2022 Olympic champion Anna Shcherbakova reacted to the lack of photos of Russian skaters in the ISU gallery on International Olympic Day.
“I did figure skating for 15 of my 18 years. I believe everyone is equal in sport. After the ISU post, I received many kind messages from people from different countries,” wrote Anna on the social network.
Earlier, Shcherbakova’s photo was replaced by Japanese figure skater Kaori Sakamoto, who won bronze at the 2022 Games.
International Olympic Day is celebrated on June 23.
Recall that Shcherbakova is also world champion and three-time Russian champion.
