Spurs extend their lead over Manchester City and Arsenal to 5 points
Tottenham won Crystal Palace in the away match of the 10th round English Premier League – 2:1.
In the first half, the score on the scoreboard did not change. Spurs took the lead after the break thanks to an own goal from Joel Ward. In the 66th minute, Son Heung-min increased the visitors’ advantage.
Roy Hodgson’s men reduced the gap in stoppage time, but Crystal Palace didn’t have enough to do more.
Tottenham has strengthened its lead in the Premier League and is five points ahead of Manchester City and Arsenal. Spurs’ closest pursuers have a game in hand. Crystal Palace remained in 11th position.
In the next round, Tottenham will host Mikhail Mudrik’s Chelsea on November 6. Crystal Palace will play Burnley on November 4th.
