According to the website of the International Anti-Doping Control Agency (ITA), sanctions were applied to the silver medalist of the 2010 European Championship Mikhail Gobeev, the 2012 European Youth Championship Armen Alekyan and the winner of the Cup of Russia 2013 Dmitri Chaly.
All are alleged to have violated anti-doping rules in 2012.
