Russian cyclist Nikita Eskov has gone missing in St. Petersburg, the press service of the local branch of the LisaAlert search and rescue team reports.
The guidance states that Eskov left on July 5 in a car in an unknown direction and has not been seen since.
Eskov is 41 years old, he has been playing professionally since 2002 as part of the Itera, Lokomotiv, Katyusha and Rusvelo teams and others. The cyclist has repeatedly become a winner and prize-winner of all-Russian and international competitions and participated in the grand tours of the Vuelta a España and the Giro d’Italia.
