South Africa tickets: Chile beat Brazil to qualify for Rugby 7s World Cup

In a dramatic match, the national team defeated the Brazilian team 21 to 14 in the semi-finals of SARS 7, thus securing one of the two quotas that are allocated on the continent for the planetary event.
