Djokovic holds the record for most matches won at Grand Slam tournaments

The world’s first racket Novak Djokovic set a record for the most wins in Grand Slam matches.

On Monday, the Serbian tennis player defeated Argentina’s Francisco Cerundolo in the fourth round of Roland Garros with a score of 6:1, 5:7, 3:6, 7:5, 6:3.

Djokovic won his 370th Grand Slam victory and became the record holder for this indicator among men and women in the Open era, overtaking Swiss Roger Federer (369). Next come Serena Williams (367), Rafael Nadal (314) and Martina Navratilova (306). Djokovic, 37, also holds the record for the most Grand Slam titles won in men’s singles (24).

In the quarter-finals of Roland Garros, Djokovic will meet the winner of the pair Taylor Fritz (USA) – Kasper Ruud (Norway).
