In the semifinals, Alexandrova beat Germany’s Tatyana Maria with the score 6:2, 6:4.

The match took place on the center court of the Olympic Tennis Center stadium and lasted 1h08.

Alexandrova had three hits, five double faults and converted five out of seven break points.
