FC Barcelona defeated Levante 4-2 away at the Ciutat de Valencia stadium on Sunday, moving to five wins from five matches in LaLiga. Lamine Yamal scored twice for Hansi Flick's side, who remain the only team in Spain's top flight with a perfect record this season.
The victory put Barcelona three points clear of Real Madrid, who beat Rayo Vallecano 4-1 over the same weekend with a brace from Kylian Mbappé.
Barcelona broke the deadlock early, taking the lead in the 5th minute when Raphinha set up Xavi Espart to finish. Yamal doubled the advantage in the 18th minute, converting another pass from the Brazilian winger. Barcelona went into the break two goals ahead.
Second-half goals
Yamal added his second of the afternoon in the 47th minute, converting a penalty moments after the restart to make it 3-0.
Levante responded in the closing stages. Romero pulled one back in the 79th minute, and Roger Brugue struck again in the 88th minute to cut the deficit to 3-2 and set up a nervy finish.
Barcelona settled the contest in stoppage time when Adeyemi found the net in the 90+4th minute to make it 4-2 and confirm the win.

Flick fielded Joan Garcia in goal behind a back four of Eric Garcia, Cubarsi, Gerard Martin and Espart, with Rodri and Pedri in midfield, and Yamal, Fermin and Gordon supporting Raphinha in attack.
Levante lined up with Ryan in goal, Toljan, Dela, Mandi and Manu Sanchez in defence, and Victor Garcia, Sotelo, Olasagasti, Requena and Brugue in midfield, with Ratkov as the lone forward.

Barcelona arrived on the back of five straight wins, including a 5-0 win over Valencia at Mestalla, a 5-1 win over Feyenoord, a 5-2 win over Rayo Vallecano, a 2-0 win over Athletic Club and a 5-0 win at Elche.
Levante had drawn 0-0 away to Malaga in their previous outing, following a 5-2 win over Real Betis and a scoreless draw with Osasuna. The match was played at the Ciutat de Valencia stadium, which has capacity for more than 26,000 spectators, and was broadcast on DSports.
