EA Sports has published the top 27 player ratings for EA Sports FC 27, with Kylian Mbappé, Erling Haaland, and Alexia Putellas topping the lists.

Video game publisher EA Sports has released the official player ratings for EA Sports FC 27, with Kylian Mbappé and Erling Haaland leading the men's ranking.

Real Madrid forward Mbappé and Manchester City striker Haaland share the top spot in the men's game, both receiving an overall score of 91. EA Sports FC is the flagship football simulation video game series developed and published by Electronic Arts.

In the women's game, FC Barcelona midfielder Alexia Putellas stands alone at the top of the ratings with an overall score of 91. She is followed by her Barcelona teammate Aitana Bonmatí and Manchester City forward Khadija Shaw, who both received ratings of 90.

Behind Mbappé and Haaland in the men's list, nine players sit tied with an overall rating of 90. The group includes Manchester City midfielder Rodri, Paris Saint-Germain duo Ousmane Dembélé and Vitinha, Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane and winger Michael Olise, Barcelona pair Pedri and Lamine Yamal, and Real Madrid duo Thibaut Courtois and Jude Bellingham. French winger Olise represents one of the biggest upgrades in the update, rising from 86 in EA FC 26 to 90 in the new edition.

Inter Miami forward Lionel Messi and Real Madrid winger Vini Jr. both earned an overall rating of 89. Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhães also received an 89 rating, making him the highest-ranked Brazilian player in the men's list. Meanwhile, Al Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo was omitted from the top 27 men's list entirely.

Eight players earned an 89 rating in the men's ranking:

Women's player rankings and Barcelona dominance

FC Barcelona emerged as the dominant club in the women's rankings, holding the largest representation among the top 27 players with six entries. Following Putellas at 91 and Bonmatí at 90, Barcelona attackers Caroline Graham Hansen, Ewa Pajor, and Claudia Pina all received overall ratings of 89. Arsenal forward Mariona Caldentey and Kansas City Current forward Temwa Chawinga also scored 89.

Eight players earned an overall rating of 88 in the women's list. The group features Barcelona defenders Mapi León and Patri Guijarro, Manchester City midfielder Yui Hasegawa, Bayern Munich winger Klara Bühl, Arsenal forward Alessia Russo, Portland Thorns FC defender Morgan Wilson, Lyon forward Melchie Dumornay, and Orlando Pride forward Barbra Banda.

Brazilian midfielder Debinha, who plays for Kansas City Current, stands as the top Brazilian in the women's ranking, occupying 17th place with an overall rating of 87.

Ten other players received an 87 rating in the women's ranking:

  • 90 overall: Aitana Bonmatí (Barcelona), Bunny Shaw (Manchester City)

Release date and franchise background

EA Sports FC 27 arrives officially on the market on September 25, 2026. Certain special editions of the game will grant early access starting on September 18, 2026.

The title continues the football gaming franchise that adopted the EA Sports FC name following the conclusion of the partnership between Electronic Arts and FIFA.
