The main contender for the 21-year-old player is London Arsenal.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the clubs are actively negotiating a possible deal. According to a media worker, negotiations are difficult, but Arsenal believe there are opportunities to reduce the price of the Ukrainian.
