Galatasaray have submitted a £38million offer for Arsenal winger Gabriel Martinelli, but the Brazilian forward is not inclined to leave for Turkey.
The 25-year-old is among the players Arsenal are prepared to listen to offers for during the current transfer window, with the North London club placing a valuation of around £50m on the player.
Italian Serie A side Roma have also shown interest in Martinelli, but it is understood the forward will only consider options from Europe's strongest leagues.
Arsenal are re-evaluating their options to strengthen the left hand side of their attack, having already added left-sided attacker Christos Tzolis to their squad this summer.
Martinelli has been an ever-present at the Emirates Stadium over recent years after joining Arsenal from Brazilian side Ituano as an 18-year-old in 2019.
Now 25, the forward has made 278 appearances in all competitions for the club, scoring 62 goals.

Last season, Martinelli scored 11 goals in 53 appearances across all competitions. However, he struggled for goals in domestic action, striking just once in the Premier League.
Of his 30 top flight appearances, only 11 were starts, with manager Mikel Arteta often preferring to use Leandro Trossard and Eberechi Eze on the left flank.
His most productive campaign for the Gunners came in 2022-23, when he scored 15 Premier League goals.
Defence target and transfer window plans
As well as assessing their options in attack, Arsenal are continuing discussions with Premier League rivals Aston Villa for centre back Ezri Konsa. Their latest proposal for the defender is understood to be around £40m.
Speaking earlier this week on what to expect from Arsenal over the rest of the transfer window, Arteta confirmed that the club remains active in the market.
"There is more that we want to do," Arteta said. "Because every time we have an opportunity to improve the squad and bring more quality and depth, we need to do that."
"We are actively trying to do so. The thing is, in the market, it does not just depend on you, and we are very clear on that," he added.
"The will and the desire of the club is unquestionable, but we cannot promise that we are going to do it because it does not only depend on us."
The manager concluded: "For the margins to improve, there are very few players in the market that are available to do that and bring more quality to the club. But again, we are actively looking to improve that and we are going to try."
