Paschalina Mouratidou and Gavriela Lioliou won a silver medal for Greece in the Women’s Lightweight Double Sculls at the European Rowing Championships in Varese.
The pair maintained a steady rhythm throughout the final, finishing in 7:03.09 to claim second place. Italy took gold in 6:55.95, with Ukraine third in 7:32.19.
In the Men’s Coxless Pair final, Antonis Papakonstantinou and Andreas Bourkas also delivered a strong race, contending for a medal until the closing strokes before finishing fourth in 6:19.01.
