Kim Kardashian was pictured arriving at the Monaco Grand Prix on Saturday morning to cheer on her boyfriend, Lewis Hamilton, for the first time since the couple went public with their relationship.
The American reality star, who was first seen on a yacht in the principality on Friday night, walked the paddock at the Circuit de Monaco ahead of qualifying.
She was photographed walking along the harbor alongside security and her sister, Khloe Kardashian, marking her first appearance at a race since confirming her romance with the Ferrari driver. Kardashian wore sunglasses, jeans and a low-cut black top as she made her way past photographers to take up her position before qualifying.
She was not the only celebrity in the paddock. TV presenter Holly Willoughby was also spotted at the track.
Kardashian and Hamilton's relationship
Kardashian and Hamilton, who have been friends for more than a decade, have been dating for nearly six months after they were first spotted together on New Year's Eve in Aspen. They went public with their romance at the Super Bowl in February before confirming it on Instagram, and Saturday marked the first time Kardashian has cheered Hamilton on at the track since then.
Just last week, Hamilton was seen with Kardashian's four children, who she shares with her ex-husband Kanye West, for the first time. A source previously said the couple have an "intense" relationship and that Kardashian's family "adores" him.
Earlier this week, Kardashian gave fans a rare glimpse of their relationship on Instagram, posting a selfie that Hamilton had taken while the pair enjoyed a bike ride together on Monday.
Ferrari's form in Monaco
Kardashian could see Hamilton secure a victory this weekend, with Ferrari looking sharp in practice. Hamilton was quickest on Friday, ahead of teammate Charles Leclerc, while Red Bull's Max Verstappen was third fastest, followed by the Mercedes drivers.
It has not all been plain sailing for Ferrari. Team principal Frederic Vasseur was absent for medical reasons on Saturday.
A Ferrari statement said: "Fred Vasseur will not be at the circuit today. Following some medical checks, Fred will remain under observation at a local medical facility. No further medical information will be provided." The team said it looked forward to seeing him back at the track soon.
Hamilton endured a difficult first season with Ferrari, but the signs are more positive now. His second-place finish at the Canadian Grand Prix marked a major improvement, and Monaco has been a happy hunting ground for him in the past.
Qualifying will, as ever, play a major role at the circuit, where overtaking spots are limited. The race begins at 2pm on Sunday.
Hamilton's World Cup allegiance
This week, Hamilton risked the wrath of England football fans by saying he would split his support at the World Cup between his home nation and Brazil.
"For me, it's tied with England," he said. "Honestly, Brazil has always been my favourite team. Growing up in England, I used to love watching Brazil play. I think it's the colours, the culture, and the players always just looked the most skilled, they were so cool. I just appreciate where they come from. Many of the players come from the streets where they play with no shoes and there's something quite special about Brazilian culture."
