Liverpool have officially confirmed the signing of Ronald Araujo on loan from FC Barcelona for the 2026-27 season.
The 27-year-old is a Uruguay international center back. He joins the Reds on a loan deal for the upcoming campaign.
Announcing the transfer, Liverpool FC wrote on social media: "We have agreed a deal to sign Ronald Araujo on loan from FC Barcelona for the 2026-27 season, subject to a successful work permit application and international clearance."
Araujo's Season With Barcelona
Araujo made 38 appearances for Barcelona last season and scored four goals.
