The Premier League has named seven players on the shortlist for the August Player of the Month award, and the winner will also receive an upgraded card in EA Sports' FIFA 18. Fans can vote for who should win.
The list mixes past winners with new faces after the opening weeks of the 2018/19 season.

Mane and Alonso Lead the Contenders
Liverpool's Sadio Mane, who won the award 12 months ago, returns to the shortlist after a fast start this season. He has scored three goals from eight shots and posted a passing accuracy of 77 percent.
Chelsea's Marcos Alonso is also in contention. He has recorded a goal, an assist and a clean sheet, along with 89 percent passing accuracy.
Cardiff Goalkeeper Etheridge Among the Nominees
Cardiff City goalkeeper Neil Etheridge, whose club was newly promoted, has made nine saves so far, including one from a penalty, while keeping two clean sheets. He currently holds only a silver card in FIFA 18, so a win would bring him a significant upgrade.
Manchester City's Benjamin Mendy has helped his side keep a clean sheet in defense and made four key clearances, with 86 percent passing accuracy and three assists this season.
Lucas Moura has scored three goals from five shots and posted 70 percent passing accuracy across three games, following a strong performance against Manchester United last week.
Watford's Roberto Pereyra has also scored three goals, from eight shots across three games, with a passing accuracy of 79 percent.
Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk rounds out the list. Liverpool have not conceded a goal this season, and Van Dijk has contributed to the club's three clean sheets with 11 clearances and a 94 percent passing accuracy.
Fans can now vote on whether Mane repeats as winner or one of the six other nominees claims the award and the FIFA 18 upgrade.
