Panathinaikos sporting director Stefanos Kotsolis will travel to Belgrade to watch Partizan midfielder Ognjen Ugresic in person during a Conference League qualifying match against Tobol.
The Greek club is seriously considering a move for the 20-year-old Serbian player, according to a report by Mozzartsport. According to Serbian reports, Kotsolis informed Partizan management that he intends to attend the fixture to evaluate Ugresic personally.
Kotsolis will not carry an official offer from Panathinaikos to Belgrade. Instead, he aims to form a full assessment of the midfielder. Panathinaikos is ready to make a strong push to sign Ugresic if he confirms the positive impressions.
Several Italian clubs have also shown interest in the player, including Bologna, Torino, Udinese, and Sassuolo, though Ugresic currently remains with Partizan. Last season, the midfielder made 44 appearances across all competitions, scoring eight goals and providing four assists.
