Party Girls Melbourne owner Jasmine has responded to accusations of abandoning a dancer who reported a sexual assault at a Sydney Swans player hotel party.

Victoria Police attended the Pullman East Melbourne hotel on Monday morning following allegations of a sexual assault in the early hours, prompting the Sydney Swans Australian rules football club to stand down five players for the remainder of the 2026 Australian Football League season.

The Melbourne booking agency owner defended her actions following online criticism, stating that she followed standard protocols and advised the dancer to report the matter to police detectives.

Escalating dispute over hotel lobby call

Jasmine, who runs adult entertainment booking agency Party Girls Melbourne, arranged for topless waitresses to attend the hotel near the Melbourne Cricket Ground in the early hours of Monday morning, where several high-profile players had gathered. The agency operates out of Victoria, offering waitressing and entertainment services for private events.

A dancer who attended the gathering, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, claimed she frantically called Jasmine from the hotel lobby at around 8:00 am on Monday to report that she had been sexually assaulted in the hotel room. The dancer alleged that Jasmine initially answered the call but abruptly hung up on her while she was in distress.

Jasmine denied acting improperly during the conversation, maintaining that she advised the worker to provide her contact details to law enforcement. "Unless she recorded that call and it says something different that I don't remember, that's what happened," Jasmine said.

Jasmine also claimed during an interview that "there were a lot of drugs involved" in the incident. The dancer alleged that in the days following the event, Jasmine sent a message in a WhatsApp group accusing her of taking ketamine and experiencing a K-hole, an intense state of dissociation caused by a high dose of the drug.

The dancer strongly denied taking drugs, telling the Daily Mail: "Everything she is saying is false." She added: "I'm sober, I promised my family I would quit drinking and I drove there with my friend. How could I drive through Melbourne city streets if I was on ketamine?"

Agency owner defense and legal statements

Addressing criticism regarding her conduct as a service provider, Jasmine defended her agency's reputation and standard practices. "I run the biggest agency in Melbourne," she said. "So of course some people are going to be unhappy [on occasion], but I have the same contracts as everyone else does, which are about protecting privacy."

Jasmine insisted that she handled the situation "by the books" and followed standard operational guidelines. In response, the dancer accused Jasmine of "conducting herself in an unprofessional way" and prioritizing client privacy over worker safety.

The dancer stated: "Sex workers in Australia should be taking care of other women, not just worrying about the boys' privacy and the NDAs." Official sources note there is no suggestion that anyone involved in the hotel incident was asked to sign non-disclosure agreements. Victoria Police detectives have taken official statements from three lap dancers who attended the event.

Sydney Swans suspensions and coaching response

The Sydney Swans, a major AFL club based in New South Wales, announced severe internal disciplinary measures following the hotel gathering. Five players, Isaac Heeney, Chad Warner, Riley Bice, Nick Blakey and James Jordon, were stood down for the rest of the 2026 AFL season.

The club confirmed the players were suspended for breaching team standards by staying out late, drinking alcohol and bringing women back to their rooms at the Pullman East Melbourne hotel on Monday morning. The suspensions were issued independently of the Victoria Police investigation, and no criminal charges have been filed against any player. The Daily Mail does not suggest any of the named players are under police investigation or involved in wrongdoing.

The players had been celebrating a 36-point victory over Essendon Football Club on Sunday at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, a result that secured second place on the AFL ladder and booked a home qualifying final at the Sydney Cricket Ground. Following the incident, Sydney Swans senior coach Dean Cox issued an apology to the women at the center of the investigation. Cox declined to confirm whether other club staff members were in the hotel room, stating: "That's a police investigation."

Hotel lobby recordings and camera claims

The fallout from the incident has extended to the personal lives of those involved. Steffie Waters, the fiancée of star player Isaac Heeney, was seen taking a phone call in Noosa, Queensland, without her engagement ring after leaving Sydney amid the crisis.

A viral WhatsApp message, claiming to be from an individual present at the hotel on Monday, alleged that a woman in the lobby was overheard telling a Swans official: "We have everything recorded." Further rumors emerged on Friday alleging that the dancers had set up a camera throughout the performance in the hotel room.

Victoria Police continue to investigate the report of alleged sexual assault at the hotel, and no charges have been laid.

And on Friday, further rumours swirled that the dancers had a camera 'set up' throughout the entire performance
