Tottenham beat Sydney FC 4-2 on penalties after their pre-season friendly finished 1-1 at the Allianz Stadium in Sydney's Moore Park.
Mathys Tel scored Tottenham's goal in normal time with a free kick, before Roberto De Zerbi's side needed a shootout to settle the contest.
Penalty shootout
Toure levelled the shootout at 2-2, firing into the bottom corner despite goalkeeper Dubravka diving the right way. Robertson then made it 3-2 with what was described as "a lovely spot kick."
Sydney's Joe Mason crashed his effort against the post, before Donley's attempt was saved by a sprawling stop from Sydney goalkeeper Hoefsloot. Popovic also missed for Sydney, denied by Dubravka, before Dane Scarlett stepped up to win it for Spurs, sending the goalkeeper the wrong way to make it 4-2.

Calls for Robertson to captain Spurs
Robertson's cameo marked his first, unofficial, appearance for Tottenham. The Scotland left back was given the captain's armband immediately and put in several deliveries from the left during his time on the pitch.
Former Tottenham striker Louis Saha, speaking to Casinolyze, called for Robertson to be made Spurs captain in a more permanent capacity.
I'd like to see Andy Robertson as Spurs captain, because when you make those transfers it's important that he is allowed to bring his experience and credibility. This is about the transfer of information. He's a great player and very reliable, but he also brings knowledge of how Klopp did things at Liverpool. He's been involved in the development of Liverpool. I remember Harry Redknapp was asking a lot of questions about how United did things when I was there.
Saha said it was a great opportunity for Tottenham to get that information, adding that the club needed to understand how to avoid the situation they were in last year and should be at least in the top half of the table and looking at competing for the Champions League.
Young talent impresses
The 17-year-old Luca Williams-Barnett, one of Tottenham's most promising young players, also featured. He made his first-team debut for the club last season at 16 and has impressed again in pre-season.
He is unlikely to get many senior minutes this season, meaning a loan move could suit all parties in 2026-27. He showed no shortage of confidence in the shootout.
Several Tottenham players were given further minutes on the pitch during the match.
Reporting from the Allianz Stadium, Daily Mail's Kieran Gill said De Zerbi had promised to speak with a Swedish player because he only wants players who are "proud" to wear the Tottenham shirt.
What's next for Tottenham
The win was Tottenham's third from three pre-season matches, including two wins in two games on their tour of Australia.
Spurs next face Chelsea on Saturday, described as their biggest test of pre-season so far. After flying back from Australia, they will also play Getafe and Hoffenheim before opening their Premier League campaign away to Brentford on August 22.
