NFL star Zach Wilson and his wife Nicolette have shared the first photos of their newborn daughter Francesca Belle following a seven-week stay in the intensive care unit. Nicolette took to Instagram on Thursday to post hospital photos of the couple cradling their daughter.
"Our sweet Francesca Belle came into the world seven weeks early on July 22nd, and we couldn't love her more," Nicolette wrote. "She has been an absolute rockstar in the NICU, growing stronger every single day, and we can't wait for the day we finally bring her home!"
Nicolette added: "Miss Frankie Girl, you've already changed our lives in the most beautiful way. You've filled our hearts with a love we never knew was possible, and we couldn't love you more, sweet baby girl!!!"
The post drew support from across the sports world. Olympic gymnast Simone Biles left a "Congrats" message, while former New York Jets teammate Garrett Wilson called Wilson "Poppa Z" in the comments.
Marriage and background
The arrival comes a year after the couple married in a Manhattan ceremony in June 2025. They have been linked since 2022 and got engaged in Italy in June 2024. Nicolette, a New Jersey native, met Wilson while he was playing for the Jets.
When announcing their engagement, Nicolette posted a photo with Wilson showing off her ring. "Zach, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me," she wrote, adding that she admired his strength and was proud of him.
