EA Sports has revealed eight new Ultimate Team Icons for FIFA 19, including Manchester United legend George Best, ahead of the game's release this month.
The reveal follows an earlier announcement of 10 new Icons this year, featuring players such as Johan Cruyff, Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard, Eusebio, Clarence Seedorf and Raul.

George Best returns as top-rated Icon
Best previously appeared in FIFA 16 and FIFA 17 as a 90-rated right-winger but was left out of FIFA 18. His prime card in FIFA 19 has been upgraded to 93, making him the strongest Icon revealed so far, with 93 pace, 94 dribbling, 91 shooting and 84 passing.
Fellow former Manchester United winger Ryan Giggs joins the Icon list with three cards rated 87, 89 and 92. His prime card carries 90 pace, 90 dribbling, 80 shooting and 90 passing.

Socrates makes FIFA debut
Brazilian midfielder Socrates, nicknamed "the doctor," makes his first appearance in the FIFA franchise. His 91-rated prime card gives the 6-foot-4 attacking midfielder 84 pace, 90 dribbling, 90 shooting, 91 passing and 84 physicality.
More Icons added to the lineup
Also joining this year's Icon roster are current AC Milan manager Gennaro Gattuso, Luis Figo, Michael Ballack, Jens Lehmann, Christian Vieri and Hristo Stoichkov. EA has said more FUT additions are still to be announced.
