After a long period of work in the Kharkov club, the specialist moved to the Dnieper.

Kharkiv Metalist officially announced the departure of Yevgeny Krasnikov, who resigned from the position of vice-president of the club.

The specialist will continue his work at Dnepr-1, where he will be reunited with Oleksandr Kucher and several players who left Metalist in the summer off-season.

“Dear fans and friends, 17 years have passed since I became the sports director of Metalist. From the first day of my work, I felt your incredible support, which was even impossible to dream of.

Your attitude has inspired me to great things. You have been the main motivator. 24 hours a day I only think about Metalist. I worked for days, months, years and did not get tired, but on the contrary I got incredible satisfaction and always thanked God that he gave me the opportunity to work in my hometown and home club.

I want to thank everyone I worked with. Alexander Vladilenovich Yaroslavsky, Miron Bogdanovich Markevich, the entire coaching and administrative staff and, of course, all employees of the club.

Life dictates its own conditions and today I accepted the offer of Dnepr-1. This decision was not easy for me, but after weighing all the pros and cons, after consulting with the president of the club, I realized that this was the only chance to save Metalist. From now on I am the sports director of Dnepr-1.

I would like to wish the metal worker great success and high profile achievements. This club will remain forever in my heart,” said Krasnikov.

Earlier it was reported that Metalist received the first tranche from Dnepr-1 for Kucher.
