Giorgos Masouras officially became a NEOM player on Sunday, August 9, 2026. The Greece international winger leaves Olympiacos after 279 appearances, 57 goals and 32 assists for the club.

The 32-year-old was announced by his new club after signing a two-year contract, bringing an end to his seven-year spell with the Piraeus club, known by their fans as the "reds and whites."
A familiar move to Saudi Arabia
Masouras is no stranger to the Saudi Arabian league. Over the past two seasons he had already played on loan there for Al Khaleej, as well as for Bochum in Germany.
He now returns to Saudi Arabia to play for NEOM, this time on a permanent transfer rather than a loan.
