“Tractor” will sign contracts with two hockey players from North America – a center forward and a goalie, reports RB Sport.
Currently, only one place out of three Legionnaires is occupied at the Chelyabinsk club – this is defender Robert Hamilton, and together with Finnish striker Teemu Pulkkinen, most likely, they will not renew the contract.
The central striker could take up a front row position with Anton Burdasov and Nikita Soshnikov due to the departure of Alexei Byvaltsev.
It is also reported that the club plans to sign one or two wingers and two defenders for the second and third link. The main factors that Traktor pays attention to will be the age and height of the hockey players.
In the coming days, the Traktor Board of Directors is to be held in Chelyabinsk, the agenda of which includes, among other things, issues related to the approval of the conclusion of contracts with players.
Traktor did not qualify for the Gagarin Cup this season, finishing ninth in the East.
