Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis is suing Crystal Palace, the Daily Mail has reported.
According to the British outlet, the case stems from a banner Crystal Palace fans displayed during last season's match against Forest at Selhurst Park.
The banner depicted the Forest owner and referenced the failed transfer of Morgan Gibbs-White to Tottenham at the start of summer 2025.
FA Charge Against Palace
Crystal Palace were charged by the Football Association last November. The banner was not specifically cited as the reason for the charge, but the FA enforces strict rules on messages containing defamatory, political or offensive content.
