Trabzonspor has officially announced the signing of Egyptian international Mohamed Salah as a free agent following his departure from Liverpool. The agreement binds the forward to the Turkish club until 2028, with club president Ertugrul Dogan attending the signing.
Salah landed in Istanbul on Wednesday following a vacation in the Greek islands, where he was greeted by fans of his new team. He underwent medical examinations before formalizing the deal on Thursday.
Under the terms of the contract, Salah will receive an annual salary of 17 million euros. He is also set to receive 20 percent of the proceeds from his shirt sales.
