Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah has officially signed a two-year contract with Turkish club Trabzonspor on August 6, 2026, ending his decade-long stay at Liverpool.
The 35-year-old completed the move after signing his contract in a ceremony attended by Trabzonspor president Ertugrul Dogan. The Turkish club confirmed the deal through an official announcement on social media.
Contract terms and salary
Salah will receive an annual salary of 17 million euros under the new agreement. In addition to his base pay, the contract entitles him to 20 percent of all sales revenue from commercial products featuring his name.
Club officials expect jerseys carrying Salah's name to sell out rapidly across retail outlets. The deal is widely regarded as one of the largest transfers in European football so far this season.
