Olympic figure skating champion Roman Kostomarov published a new post on social networks, in which he shows how he trains with dumbbells.
“But what can I say… You don’t need to talk, you need to do,” Kostomarov wrote on his Telegram channel under a photo in the gym, where weights with dumbbells are strapped to his hands.

Since January this year, Kostomarov has suffered several amputations after being hospitalized. In early July, the 46-year-old skater announced he was released from hospital.
At the end of August, Kostomarov, during Ilya Averbukh’s show in Sochi, first appeared on the ice in front of the audience after illness and operations. The skater, having skated with his wife Oksana Domnina, came out onto the ice in sneakers and hugged her.
Kostomarov, paired with Tatyana Navka, won the 2006 Turin Olympics in ice dancing. In addition, the duo won the World Championships twice and three times the gold medals at the European Championships.
