Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola is undergoing a medical at Liverpool on Sunday ahead of a £123million transfer to the Premier League club.
The £123million package for the 23-year-old French winger comprises an initial £106million fee alongside £17million in potential add-ons.
Meanwhile, Argentina goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez has completed a £7.5million move from Aston Villa to Chelsea, signing a three-year contract at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea registered the 33-year-old before the deadline, making him eligible to feature immediately against Brighton and Hove Albion on Sunday. Martinez vowed to help the West London club win titles following his arrival.
Liverpool transfer negotiations
Liverpool are continuing negotiations with Crystal Palace over forward Ismaila Sarr, who is actively pushing for a move to Anfield.
The Merseyside club is also maintaining contact with Brighton winger Yankuba Minteh as they prepare for the sale of Cody Gakpo to Manchester City. City opened talks with Liverpool over an £85million deal for the Netherlands international, and an agreement is expected after their opening offer fell short of Liverpool's valuation.
Liverpool and Spanish side Celta Vigo are close to agreeing a deal for 21-year-old midfielder Stefan Bajcetic, who has made 12 league appearances for Liverpool. The transfer centers on a nominal fee with a substantial sell-on clause included.
Liverpool are also monitoring 18-year-old Genk goalkeeper Lucca Brughmans alongside Real Madrid. The 6ft 7in Belgium Under-19 international has drawn comparisons to Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, though there are no guarantees Brughmans will move to Anfield during the current transfer window.
Ollie Watkins completes Al Hilal transfer
England international striker Ollie Watkins has completed a £51million move from Aston Villa to Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal.
The 30-year-old spent six seasons at Villa Park, scoring in notable victories including a 7-2 win against Liverpool and helping the club qualify for European competition and the Champions League. In a farewell statement posted on Instagram, Watkins expressed gratitude to former managers Dean Smith, Steven Gerrard, and Unai Emery.

Tottenham and Everton transfer business
Tottenham Hotspur have a £60million deal in place to sign Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye, proposing Brazilian forward Richarlison to return to Goodison Park as part of a £35million counter-move. Everton are conducting negotiations for Richarlison on a £25million deal with £10million in add-ons.
Everton are also discussing bringing Manchester City winger Jack Grealish back to the club on a permanent basis after his loan spell last season. Meanwhile, Everton are finalising a £9.4million deal for Fulham right-back Kenny Tete after submitting an initial £9million offer.
Everton striker Beto is expected in Florence on Monday to undergo a medical and sign for Serie A club Fiorentina as the clubs complete a £15million transfer. Everton management are also attempting to secure United States international Folarin Balogun from Monaco.
However, Everton owners cancelled a proposed £40million deal sending 19-year-old midfielder Harrison Armstrong to Nottingham Forest following supporter pushback. The deal had been agreed at £35million initial fee plus £5million in add-ons and a sell-on clause. Armstrong played in Saturday's 1-1 draw against Bournemouth before the transfer was called off.
Crystal Palace transfer developments
Crystal Palace are determined to retain goalkeeper Dean Henderson despite receiving a transfer bid from Nottingham Forest.
Palace have agreed a £22million fee for defender Daniel Munoz to join Forest and reunite with former manager Oliver Glasner, but the South London club refuses to let Henderson depart as well.
Palace are set to sign 18-year-old centre-back Honest Ahanor on a season-long loan from Italian club Atalanta, with an agreement for the player to join Chelsea permanently next summer.
Palace have also revived talks with Marseille for 25-year-old Dutch midfielder Quinten Timber, the brother of Arsenal defender Jurrien Timber. Timber is keen on the move after making 16 appearances for Marseille following his transfer from Feyenoord a year ago.
Arsenal transfer news
Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus is set for a late move to Barcelona, with the Spanish club closing in on a cut-price deal worth around £8.6million. The 29-year-old Brazilian was left out of Arsenal's squad for their first two games of the season and has been training away from the first team.
Arsenal midfielder Fabio Vieira is set to join German club Hamburg permanently for £7.4million after spending last season on loan there.
The North London club announced the signing of 16-year-old midfielder Axel Donczew from Cardiff City on an initial scholarship with a pre-contract agreement for a professional contract. Donczew became the youngest player in Cardiff history last season when he debuted at 15 years and 234 days against Newport in the EFL Trophy.
Aston Villa and West Ham activity
Aston Villa are finalising a £30million package to sign Southampton centre-back Taylor Harwood-Bellis, structured as a £25million initial fee with £5million in add-ons.
West Ham United defender Jean-Clair Todibo is undergoing a medical at French club Lens ahead of a straight season-long loan without a purchase option. Todibo was previously considered by Aston Villa before they pursued alternative targets.
Manchester City and Juventus deals
Manchester City are continuing discussions with Chelsea regarding midfielder Enzo Fernandez, while Chelsea close in on Monaco midfielder Lamine Camara in their pursuit of two midfield signings.
City midfielder Stephen Mfuni, 18, has joined newly promoted Coventry City on a season-long loan. Mfuni made his senior debut last season in a 10-1 FA Cup win over Exeter City.

Newcastle United are close to sealing a deal for Lille forward Matias Fernandez-Pardo. The 21-year-old Belgium international can operate across four attacking positions for new manager Matthias Jaissle.
Leeds United missed out on Leipzig forward Conrad Harder, with the 21-year-old set to join French side Strasbourg instead.
Nottingham Forest winger Omari Hutchinson, 22, has arrived in Italy to complete a loan move to AC Milan that includes a conditional obligation to buy.
Sheffield United are conducting a medical for 28-year-old Bangladesh international midfielder Hamza Choudhury after stepping in with a late bid to hijack his proposed move from Leicester City to Derby County.
Brentford are in discussions to sign Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Hugo Larsson, who has attracted interest from several Premier League clubs.
Manchester United midfielder Toby Collyer has joined West Bromwich Albion for £3million rising to £7.6million with a 40 percent sell-on clause included.
Hull City made a third offer of £10million for Stoke City winger Sorba Thomas, though Stoke require a replacement before releasing the Wales international.
English forward Abdul Abdulmalik, 23, broke the transfer record for a fifth-tier player by joining Swedish club Djurgarden from Boreham Wood for over £1.5million, surpassing the £1million fee Leicester City paid Fleetwood Town for Jamie Vardy in 2012. Abdulmalik scored 17 goals and recorded 10 assists last season as Boreham Wood reached the National League play-off final.
