Olympic champion Ekaterina Bobrova said that the ice dancing artist Valéry Angépol found a partner.

The Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKKR) announced on August 31 that the dance duo of Angelopol and Vasilisa Kaganovskaya ceased to exist by mutual consent of the athletes. Kaganovskaya said that it was the partner’s decision and the reason for the breakup was the contract that Angelopol offered her to sign and according to which she had to take a partner “for full financial support.”
