Frenchman Daudet wins Paris Olympic BMX title, Australian Sakakibara wins women’s final

Sakakibara, in turn, beat out Manon Veenstra from the Netherlands and Zoe Claessens, a representative of Switzerland.

Let us recall that earlier at the 2024 Olympic Games, BMX freestyle competitions were held. In the women’s final, 18-year-old Deng Yawen from China won, and among the men, the best result was shown by Argentine Jose Torres Gil.

Ukraine won two medals at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris — Sergey Kulish won silver in the 50-meter air rifle shooting competition, and Olga Harlan won a bronze medal in sabre fencing.

The 2024 Olympic Games will end on August 11. The competitions in Paris will feature 329 sets of medals in 32 sports.
