However, Jannik Sinner finally pulled himself together and won the match on reception. Thus, he won the third set with a score of 6:4. The fourth set followed much the same scenario. The Italian also gained the upper hand – 6:4.

In the fifth set it was clear that Daniil Medvedev was tired, but the Italian tennis player began to play at full capacity. As a result, Sinner won the fifth set – 6:3. Thus, it was the Italian who became the winner of the Australian Open. Daniil Medvedev loses for the third time in the final of this Grand Slam tournament.
