– Will CSKA’s appeal be satisfied? Logic fully suggests that the decision should be made in favor of the Moscow club. CSKA is one of the founders of the Euroleague. Therefore, it is very strange to me that they decided to remove it. On what basis is that? Legally and under no circumstances, they just can’t, have no reason to take them out of there. I don’t know who made that decision. My opinion is that the court should consider everything in favor of CSKA. If there is a reason, then justice must prevail. And if he does not triumph, then what rules and laws do they live by there? If there is a court that has to accept everything according to certain laws, it has to make that decision and not interfere with politics here,” Yelevich told .
