Earlier, CSKA President Andrey Vatutin said the club had filed an appeal against the Luxembourg court’s decision to refuse to accept the interim peace over the fact of the team’s exclusion from the Euroleague and reduce it to the number of participants in the tournament.
– The fact that they appealed is correct. And what they really satisfy is, usually, zero percent. No one will let Russian clubs in now [на соревнования]. They don’t care about laws. But the fact that you need to defend your interests and receive some kind of compensation is absolutely necessary. Moreover, CSKA has been a shareholder of the Euroleague for a long time.
