The men’s national team decided the venue for the 2023 World Cup qualifiers.
The Ukrainian men’s basketball team chose their home arena for the Russian invasion season. The qualifying matches for the 2023 World Cup Ukrainians will play in the capital of Latvia, Riga. This was reported by the FBU.
Remember that our team will meet on July 1 at home with Georgia, after which on July 7 at Arena-Riga the Ukrainian team will play in Spain. This match was supposed to take place on February 27 in Kyiv, but it was postponed due to a full-fledged Russian attack.
Between these matches, the Ukrainians will play against North Macedonia on July 4th.
