Athletistic/Basketball. Former Barcelona captain Pierre Oriola signed a contract with Girona and became a teammate of famous Spanish basketball player Marc Gasol, who is also the club’s president, according to Eurohoops.
According to the source, the contract is for the 2022/23 season.
Pierre Oriola joined Barcelona from Valencia in 2017. He spent five years with the Catalan club, winning the 2021 ACB Championship as well as a four-time Copa del Rey (2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021).
